Local Woman Arrested for Driving on Drugs; Unwanted Person on Property; Sick Raccoon Under Porch

Incidents, Tuesday, June 4

4:51 a.m.: Assist FD with CO detector activation, Stratton Way

5:59 a.m.: Berlin PD reporting horses in the roadway from SA Farm on Whitney Street.  They contacted property owner and horses returned to the farm.

7:33 a.m.: Resident reporting a dog tied to a telephone pole, Maple Street.  Owner located.

9:31 a.m.: Operator in custody, Main Street. McFee/Newton requested for tow.

10:57 a.m.: Resident from Captain Eager Road in the lobby reporting stolen property.

12:19 p.m.: Resident reporting an unwanted party, Avalon Drive

2:49 p.m.: RP has some issues with someone living on their property, Brigham Street

4:13 p.m.: Found wallet at mall in Marlborough, Main Street

4:41 p.m.: RP states that she is being scammed, Southwest Cutoff

4:59 p.m.: Sick raccoon needs to be put down per ACO - animal under porch, Pinehaven Drive

7:13 p.m.: Police respond to report of stolen keys, Blake Street

8 p.m.: Raccoon came out from under porch at Pinehaven Drive

9:09 p.m.: Outside burn, Shady Lane

Incidents, Wednesday, June 5

1:47 a.m.: Dogs barking in the area - unable to locate where dogs were, Allen Court

7:18 a.m.: Minor 2 car MVA, Main Street.  Parties exchanged info prior to arrival.  MA 142SB4, other vehicle already GOA.

Arrests:

June 4, 10:08 a.m.: Victor Guilherme Vieira, 26,  135 F West Harfort Ave, Apt. F, Uxbridge, arrested and charged with unsafe operation of an MV, operating without a license

June 4, 4:01 p.m.: Jane Elizabeth Durkin, 55, 20 Maple St., Northborough, arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, marked lanes violation
