July 5, 2014
- 12:54 p.m. An ambulance was sent to a medical call on Centre Drive.
- 7:53 p.m. An ambulance was sent to a medical call on Deacon Street.
- 8:01 p.m. An OUI arrest was made on Main Street.
- 9:24 p.m. Police were sent to Indian Meadow Drive for a report of fireworks going off. The officer checked the area but was unable to find them.
- 9:51 p.m. A Green Street resident reported a threat incident.

- 1:08 a.m. Police were sent with firefighters to Otis Street for an alarm activation that later became a breaking and entering investigation.
- 1:19 a.m. A Crawford Street resident reported an intoxicated man ran into the woods. Boylston Police were requested to the area to assist along with firefighters, who brought a thermal imaging camera. The man was later transported to Marlborough Hospital.
- 10:36 a.m. EMTs were sent to Main Street for a medical call.
- 11:42 a.m. A two-car crash was reported on West Main Street.
- 12:11 p.m. Police were sent to Church Street to assist in retrieving clothes.
- 2:37 p.m. EMTs assisted with a medical call on Whitney Street.
- 6:41 p.m. An arrest was made on Hudson Street.
- 8 p.m. An ambulance was sent to Oak Avenue for a medical call.
- 10:01 p.m. A Meadow Road resident reported a breaking and entering incident.
- 9:52 p.m. A Winter Street resident reported a found set of keys.
