Man Arrested on Child Abuse Charges; Two Cars Hit Manhole Covers in Center

Incidents, Monday, June 24
8:43 a.m.: Police receive a call about someone who is concerned about people feeding the animals, West Main Street
9:13 a.m.: Medical call, Bryant Lane

10:08 a.m.: Police assist the fire department with a propane leak on Carruth Road
12:16 p.m.: Medical call, West Main Street

2:29 p.m.: Medical call, Bartlett Street
3:01 p.m.: Police respond to a call of a lost wallet, Shops Way. Officers are unable to locate the wallet
5:35 p.m.: Caller reports vehicle struck raised manhole cover tearing oil pan off vehicle, West Main Street. Vehicle has since been towed. Caller spoken to by officer, caller will be following up with MA DOT
5:58 p.m.: Report of child abuse, East Main Street. One is placed in custody.
6:11 p.m.: Assist FD with medical, Lincoln Street
7:05 p.m.: Minor two car crash, Southwest Cutoff. Operators of vehicles had already exchanged info upon officers arrival
11:45 p.m.: Party hit a manhole cover in the center, West Main Street
Arrests:
June 24, 9:52 p.m. Enilton Lisboa, 34, 156 East Main St., Northborough, arrested and charged with A&B on child with injury, A&B with dangerous weapon
