MetroWest Community Health Survey Open

Northborough residents are invited to share feedback on health issues and services in the region as part of the 2026 MetroWest community Health Assessment.

Information collected from this process is anonymous and will be used to inform future health programming and community services in the MetroWest region.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes and is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Start the survey here.

Questions in the survey ask about your experience in accessing healthcare and important community resources, as well as your opinions on the health of your community. Demographic data is used to understand whether people's experiences with health and the health care system vary based on their personal characteristics. You can choose to skip any questions you do not feel comfortable asking.

The summary of findings will be shared with the region in early winter and will be available at www.mwhealth.org.

The survey is open to 25 towns including Southborough, Westborough, Hudson, Marlborough and Northborough.
