MetroWest Meds is a program of the Natick Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. designed to help individuals who are struggling with prescription drug costs. Susan Moriarty, MSW, MetroWest Meds’ Program Director, will address the following components of MetroWest Meds:

• pharmaceutical company free medication programs and whether they’re right for you
• discount generic drug options locally and by mail
• pharmacy assistance programs available through the state and federal government
• co-pay assistance foundations

Even if you have insurance, there may be ways to reduce your out-of-pocket cost on medications. This presentation will provide you with options you can access easily on your own.
