Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - May 20, 2016 - Northborough-based rock band, the Ceilings, will perform at Nobscot's Cafe on Friday, May 20 from 8:30-11:30pm. The Ceilings will play well-loved covers from famous rock bands, as well as original songs that they wrote. The band just wants to spread the joy of music into the lives of the people around them. People who like rock or alternative music will be happy to discover this local band. Entry is free and all ages are admitted in the restaurant. The restaurant serves food until 10pm, and the bar is open until 12am. Nobscot's is located at 847 Edgell Road in Framingham. "We love to play," singer Mia McAuliffe said. "We are so excited to show everyone what we've got, and hope they enjoy listening as much as we enjoy playing!"
