Similar to “paint the town yellow” efforts in other towns when a service member has been killed, resident Betsy Moore is urging Northborough folks to pay tribute to this well-loved man who lost his life serving his country.

“I’m trying to canvas the town in an effort to get as many residents as possible to place a flag or yellow ribbon in their yard in memory and recognition of SPC Arsenault. More importantly I’d like to try and get as many folks as possible out there lining the funeral route on Tuesday.”
