Feb. 15, 10:50 p.m.: Jose Antonio Cuellar, 20, 9 Gordon Street, Apt: 18B, Framingham, arrested and charged with possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute, possession of a Class D substance, and possession of a Class E substance
