The following incident log was reported by the Northborough Police Department:

Arrests

John W. Graham, 56, of Northborough, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on Feb. 20, on a warrant for violating an abuse prevention order. He was arrested on Howard Street.

Feb. 20, 2014

• 7:30 a.m. EMTs were assisted on Pleasant Street.
• 7:52 a.m. Police assisted fire with a medical call on Lyman Street.
• 8:51 a.m. A two-vehicle accident was reported on Crawford Street.
• 9:02 a.m. Police assisted EMTs with a medical on Crawford Street.
• 12:26 p.m. A dog complaint was filed on Main Street.
• 12:36 p.m. A wallet was found on West Main Street.
• 1:54 p.m. Police assisted EMTs on Jefferson Road.
• 4:02 p.m. A forgery of a check complaint was filed on Leland Avenue.
• 5:06 p.m. A license plate was found on West Main Street.
• 5:44 p.m. A Brewer Street resident reported a problem with a possum.
• 7:01 p.m. A two-car crash was reported on the Southwest Cutoff.
• 9:34 p.m. A criminal complaint was filed against a driver on Belmont Street/Route 9 for operating after suspension and marked lanes violation.

Feb. 21, 2014

• 3:32 a.m. Police assisted EMTs with a medical on Hudson Street.
• 8:31 a.m. A Brigham Street resident reported finding a car stereo.
• 10:51 a.m. A two-vehicle accident was reported on South Street.
• 1:23 p.m. An accident report was filed by mail from Church Street.
• 2:09 p.m. An operator struck an interior wall of a garage on Allison Road.
• 5:31 p.m. Police assisted EMTs with a medical call on Main Street.
• 7:52 p.m. A car fire was reported on Davis Street. Police assisted the fire department at the scene.
• 9:59 p.m. EMTs were assisted on West Main Street.

• 2:25 a.m. A bylaw violation was reported on Rice Avenue.
• 8:20 a.m. EMTs were assisted on West Main Street.
• 10:12 a.m. Police assisted the fire department on Brigham Street with a medical.
• 11:58 a.m. A loose dog was reported on Pinehaven Drive.
• 1:30 p.m. Westborough Police requested mutual aid on the Southwest Cutoff.
• 1:37 p.m. A mutual aid request was made for an incident on Pleasant Street.
• 2:31 p.m. EMTs were assisted on Greenland Circle.
• 2:59 p.m. An Alison Road resident went to police to report an ongoing issue with family.
• 4:17 p.m. A two-car crash was reported on Belmont Street/Route 9, with no injuries.
• 8:52 p.m. The fire department was assisted with a call on Green Street.
• 9:12 p.m. Firefighters were assisted on Goddard Road.
• 11:20 p.m. EMTs were assisted on Main Street.
