Police Ask for Help Finding Late Night Spraypaint Vandals

Northborough police are on the lookout for people responsible for multiple acts of vandalism in town over the weekend.

Saturday morning, Northborough police responded to a report that a car had been vandalized on Woodstone Road. On the way, Officer Agiomavritis noticed that vandals, during the night, had spraypainted words on the road, spraypainted the Woodstone Etates sign and spraypainted the common mailbox station for Woodstone Estates. 

The car, which belonged to someone visiting a resident at Woodstone, was spraypainted black and silver, which was the same as the paint on the signs and road, said police.

More than a half dozen mailboxes had been spraypainted, too along Woodstone Road, Ball Street, Green Street and Smith Road.

Police said the vandalism most likely occurred during the night on Friday, or early Saturday.

Some details of the spraypainting have been withheld, said police, "for investigative purposes."

Anyone who something suspicious last Friday night into the
early hours of Saturday in these neighborhoods, or anyone having information regarding this vandalism spree, is asked to contact the Northborough Police at 508-393-1515.
