Incidents, Tuesday, June 25 

12:24 p.m.: Minor 2 car MVA, assisted parties with paper exchange, Southwest Cutoff 

12:36 p.m.: Police assist the FD with smoke caused by cooking, Forbes Road 

1:10 p.m.: Medical call, Main Street 

1:25 p.m.: Well being check on a resident at Fernbrook Road 

2:51 p.m.: Criminal application for driving with a revoked license, Hudson Street

3:31 p.m.: Party reports damage to vehicle on Pleasant Street 

5:45 p.m.: Resident reporting suspicous mail, Brigham Street 

9:36 p.m.: Medical call on Cherlynn Drive 

9:44 p.m.: Medical call on East Main Street 

Incidents, Wednesday, June 26

7:03 a.m.: Report of suspicious male by roadside on Green Street. One male transported to station and placed in protective custody

7:35 a.m.: Minor MVA involving school bus with no injuries 

Arrests:

June 26, 7:59 a.m.: Dominik M Warchol, 29, 177 South St., Northborough, arrested and placed into protective custody
