Sheriffs in NH Arrest Bay State Residents

Residents of Amesbury, Andover, and Northborough were arrested on various charges in the Granite State last month.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department.

Jeffrey L. Byron, 35, of Macy Street in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on March 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of shoplifting.

Chad A. MacBrien, 34, of River Road in Andover, MA, was arrested on March 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on an original charge of cocaine possession and a bench warrant for driving after revocation.

James P. Heskey, 41, of Elizabeth Drive in Northborough, MA, was arrested on March 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of forgery of checks, on a judge’s order to arrest for forgery of checks, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of forgery, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft by deception charge.
