Salem Police Log: Two Arrested for DUI

James P. Heskey, 39, of Boston Road in Billerica, MA, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2015, on a receiving stolen property charge. He was arrested at the police station on a warrant.

Nachet Y. Mehciz, 42, of Lansdowne Street in Squantum, MA, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on Oct. 1, for willful concealment at the Market Basket on South Broadway.

Alexandria Hutchins, 22, of South Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. on Oct. 1, for DUI-impairment, DUI-over 0.08, and highway markings unbroken line violation. Hutchins was arrested after an accident at Route 11 and Autumn Woods Road.

Jean C. Vilorio Perez, 25, of Myrtle Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Oct. 1, for willful concealment. He was arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Michael F. Miranda, 35, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on Oct. 2, for criminal trespass, domestic violence-simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking, domestic violence-false imprisonment, two counts of possession of controlled drugs, and two counts of emergency calls. He was arrested at Soule Elementary School on South Policy Street. Miranda refused bail and was transported to the Rockingham County Jail.

Susan M. Watson, 50, of Brady Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on Oct. 2, on DUI-impairment. She was arrested after police were sent to Brady Avenue for a report of an accident. One person was transported to Parkland Medical Center.

Kevin McManus, 61, of Princess Drive in Salem, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 2, for failure to comply with sex offender registration. He was arrested at the police station.

Kristopher Balcom, 36, of Louise Drive in Litchfield, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on Oct. 2, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Red Roof Lane.
