Tomahawks Bball Loses Championship to Xaverian
Despite an early lead, Algonquin couldn't hold on.
The varsity baseball team proudly made it to the Division I championship game, and led the game early against Xaverian, but ultimately lost 7-1 on Saturday at Hanover Insurance Park, as reported in the Worcester Telegram.
The Tomahawks qualified for the Central Massachusetts tournament as the 10th seed, said the Telegram, and ended the season 15-10.
