Going in to the match with a 1-1 on the season (and two rained out dates), the JV girls tennis team from Algonquin took on Nashoba Valley Regional on Wednesday, May 12, at the ourts.

This is only the second year that the JV tennis program has existed at ARHS, and it's at 12 players strong under coach Dan Welty, who also coaches varsity field hockey.

The team played six matches Wednesday, and went 2-4 to Nashoba. Junior Gauri Nagpal and sophomore Jess Sung won their singles matches.
