VIDEO: Sen. Brown Visits Assabet Valley Regional

Scott Brown, the freshman senator from Massachusetts, spent more than an hour Friday afternoon walking through the Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School. Located in Marlborough, many Northborough students also attend Assabet Valley.

This was the Senator's first visit to the facility that offers trade or career focused curriculum to ninth through twelfth graders. 

During the tour, Brown shook hands with many members of the teaching staff, and took photographs with a host of students. 

Politics were off the agenda for the most-part Friday, as he mostly listened to what the students and staff at Assabet Valley had to say.

Kara Jewell, a senior from Marlborough in the health texhnologies program, asked the senator several questions about the state of government for Assabet's cable access program.
