Aquarium Lecture Series: The Next Great Sustainable Seafood

Matt Thompson, aquaculture project lead, Conservation Department, New England Aquarium, and 2013 John H. Cunningham Award Winner discusses seaweed farming and its the potential in the sustainable seafood movement.

The Aquarium Lecture Series is presented free to the public through the generosity of the Lowell Institute, which has been providing funding for free public lectures at universities and museums since 1836.
