Boston Harbor Hotel Hosts Hanzell Wine Dinner as Part of the 26th Annual Boston Wine Festival
The nation's longest running wine festival welcomes Michael McNeill of Hanzell Wine
What: The nation’s longest running wine festival welcomes Michael McNeill of Hanzell Wine, featuring their old world style of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. From high in the Sonoma Mountains, Hanzell produces handcrafted Burgundian style Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Throughout the evening, Michael will discuss their philosophy and approach to creating these great examples of reserve style wines in California. Enjoy these refined tastes accompanied by a fabulous meal prepared by the hotel’s world renowned Chef Daniel Bruce. Dishes include Pan Roasted Atlantic Dory Fillet paired with 2012 and 2007 Chardonnay, Duet of Pinot Glazed Roast Long Island Duck and Flash Smoked Foie Gras paired with 2013 “Sebella” Pinot Noir and 2012 Pinot Noir, and Duet of French Tomme Fleur Verte and Vermont Oma Cheeses paired with 2005 Pinot Noir.
