Pastry Chef Renae Connolly Embraces The Sweet Life with Five Dessert Courses

Guests are invited to embrace their sweet tooth with La Dolce Vida, “the sweet life” in French, Italian and Spanish, and the thought behind Pastry Chef Renae Connolly’s prix fixe dessert menu, inspired by her travels through Spain, France and Italy. Tasting-sized portions of Connolly’s dainty, well-balanced treats will begin with an optional cocktail pairing from Bar Manager Todd Maul, and wine accompaniments sourced from the same regions, selected by General Manager/Wine Director, Tom Mastricola.

· Tiny Spoon “Key Lime Pie:” Salted Shortbread, Lime, Toasted Coconut, Elderflower
· Petit Rose Macaron: Yuzu Curd, Raspberry, Yogurt Coulis, Pistachio Ice Cream
· Rhubarb Mille Fuille: Formage Blanc Sabayon, Orgeat Gel, Thyme, Honeycomb
· Sourdough Beignets: Apricot Jam, Chicory, Roasted White Chocolate
· Urfa Soft Chocolate: Sesame Tuile, Ginger, Satsuma Tangerine Sorbet
