Citizens Connect: Illegal Parking and Damage at Christopher Columbus Park
A look at North End entries in the city's civic nuisance reporting system.

Bostonians can use Citizens Connect to report graffiti, potholes, missing street signs and other civic issues. Residents can download an app to their mobile phone to snap a picture and describe the problem. The city, in turn, monitors the reports and sends out crews to fix the problems.
