EveryBodyFights and Healthworks Group Bring "The Box by George Foreman III" to GymIt in Watertown, MA

Boston, MA (October 21, 2015) – EveryBodyFights (EBF) in association with Healthworks Group is proud to bring the nation’s very-first, modular-boxing fitness studio concept, The Box by George Foreman III to GymIt in Watertown, MA.

As EBF’s official Greater Boston pilot partner for its Box by George Foreman III Program, a program extending Foreman III’s patented BOXFIIT (Fight Intensity Interval Training) curriculum and class series to satellite gym locations throughout the country, Healthworks Group will be opening a 1,500 + sq. ft. boxing-fitness studio in January, 2016, at GymIt’s Watertown location.

GymIt was born out of the simple idea that gyms are for working out and has stayed true to its goal of providing a high-end fitness experience at an affordable price. Launched by Healthworks Group in 2001, GymIt currently has two locations – Watertown and Brookline, MA.

The Box by George Foreman III at GymIt will be the first brick and mortar location outside of The Club by George Foreman III to redefine boxing fitness by offering Foreman III’s patented BOXFIIT curriculum and class series. BOXFIIT simulates a true fighter’s workout by taking old-school training techniques Foreman III learned as a pro fighter himself (16-0, 15 KOs) under George Foreman Sr., and combining them with new school science and high-intensity-interval based workout routines. The Box by George Foreman III at GymIt will feature certified BOXFIIT instructors trained by Foreman III and his FIGHT SCHOOL program. The Box by George Foreman III will bring the heart and soul of EBF to Watertown with a fully customized studio interior, co-branded gloves, bags, equipment, and will also give both trainers and members full access to EBF’s digital Fight Training Platform featuring cutting edge technology in workout design and execution.
