Executive Chef Daniel Bruce Brings Vineyard to Table Dining with Botega Catena Zapata to Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar

Executive Chef Daniel Bruce, Meritage Wine Director Nicholas Daddona and Bodega Catena Zapata welcome guests to the newly renovated and redesigned Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar for a four-course dinner with expert pairings. Meritage, located inside the Boston Harbor Hotel, offer guests exclusive vineyard to table experience from the founder and chef of the Boston Wine Expo, Executive Chef Daniel Bruce.

On Wednesday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m., Executive Chef Daniel Bruce and Meritage Wine Director Nicholas Daddona invite guests to Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar for a unique evening featuring four courses of expertly paired dishes with pours from Bodega Catena Zapata. Meritage Wine Director Nicholas Daddona and Pablo Piccola of Bodega Catena Zapata will guide guests through a culinary adventure as they explore a rich palette of flavors with the perfect balance of fruitiness, elegance and freshness.

Champagne Lanson blends flavors from over 1,200 acres of vines in the wine-growing region of Champagne, using a majority of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to achieve the perfect balance of power and finesse. Lanson selects only the best grapes from the best plots, to deliver fruit and rich aromas in the search for purity in their wines.
