Michael McCormick and Raymond Hayes Join Cresa Boston's Project Management Team

Michael McCormick and Raymond Hayes have joined Cresa Boston as Senior Advisor and Assistant Project Manager, respectively.

Cresa Boston, the headquarters of North America’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm exclusively representing tenants, has added two professionals to its project management team. Michael McCormick and Raymond Hayes have joined the firm as Senior Advisor and Assistant Project Manager, respectively.

McCormick, a resident of Dedham, Mass., has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, including general contracting, construction management, project management, space programming, and facilities management. Prior to Cresa, he was the Owner of McCormick Project Management.

McCormick received a Bachelor of Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Mass. He is a LEED-Accredited Professional and has an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in the state of Massachusetts.

Hayes of Waltham, Mass., supports project managers in the coordination of tenant improvement projects for Cresa’s clients. Prior to Cresa, he was a Marketing Associate at Campanelli, a commercial real estate, construction, development, acquisitions, and management company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass.
