Monday, April 4: Insider Screening featuring Genealogy Roadshow Volunteer Opportunity

This month's Insider Screening features Genealogy Roadshow. We need volunteers to help out at this event!

This month’s Insider Screening features Genealogy Roadshow. Part detective story, part emotional journey, Genealogy Roadshow combines history and science to uncover fascinating stories of diverse Americans. This event will begin with a variety of stories from the upcoming Boston-based episode of Genealogy Roadshow, slated to broadcasts in June of 2016. The episode includes one woman’s connection to the historic orphan trains; another woman’s quest to find out whether the Great Boston Fire of 1872 or the small pox epidemic claimed the lives of one branch of her family tree, and more. Guests will be joined by Genealogy Roadshow host and professional genealogist Mary Tedesco as well as a panel of local experts for an in-depth discussion about genealogy.

Position/Shift: Registration (6:30-9pm), Usher/Mic Holder (6:30-9pm), Photographer (6:45-9pm), Food Host (5:50-9pm).
