Murphys Boxing Hosts Part II of "The Memorial Series" to Benefit the Claddagh Fund on Behalf of Massachusetts Fallen Heroes
Professional Bouts Benefiting Veterans Non-Profit Organization at Melrose Memorial Hall on Friday, April 10th

What: Murphys Boxing is back for round 2 of “The Memorial Series” with a stacked card of highly-anticipated bouts between some of professional boxing’s most-promising contenders. The Memorial Series’ second fight night will again take place at the Melrose Memorial Hall with funds benefiting the Claddagh Fund on behalf of Massachusetts Fallen Heroes.
The Memorial Series Part II rings the opening bell Friday, April 10, 2015 at 7:30pm. Headlining the evening’s main event will be Welterweight prospect and Framingham, MA native Danny “Bhoy” O’Connor (24-2, 8 KO’s) as he takes on Columbus, Ohio’s Michael Clark (44-12-1, 18 KO’s) over a 10-round bout. The card will also feature a series of sensational bouts highlighting the area’s hottest prospects. The Memorial Series Part II is following its highly successful inaugural event this past February where the Memorial Hall was filled to capacity.

Established in 2010 by Boston firefighters, local veterans, Gold Star families, police officers and other patriotic citizens, Massachusetts Fallen Heroes was organized in order to memorialize our fallen by creating a permanent public tribute and to provide advocacy and support service for local veterans and families of the fallen serving the Global War on Terrorism since 2001.
