The Sinclair Heads to the Islands with Caribbean Dinner on Rooftop Patio: June 22nd

Chef Keenan Langlois Kicks Off Annual Summer Dinner Series with Tropical Flavors

WHO:

Executive Chef Keenan Langlois loves summer – from tending to the garden on The Sinclair’s rooftop patio, to camping and spending as much time outdoors as possible. For the third season, Chef Langlois is packing the calendar and steering away from the traditional menu to bring unique, delicious evenings to their rooftop patio.

Maybe Chef Keenan Langlois needs a vacation, or maybe he is culling from experience traveling through the Caribbean, but on June 22nd, he’ll create a three-course menu inspired by the tropics. Each course will be paired with Privateer Rum cocktails, which The Sinclair team recently partnered with to create a custom batch of their own rum. Taking place on Harvard Square’s premier rooftop patio, island jams and tiny umbrellas will transport guests straight into island mode.

Arrival: Fried Plantain Chips

First Course: Conch Pastelitos

Second Course: Cuban Sliders

Third Course: Jerk Chicken + Papaya Salad

Dessert: Coconut Ice Cream + Privateer Rum Soaked Pineapple
