• AG rejects solar moratoriums in Worthington (gazettenet.com) — Northfield’s voter-approved moratorium on large-scale solar arrays has been rejected by the state attorney general, along with similar measures in Blandford and Carver, as Worthington’s proposals were also struck down for legal and drafting issues. The decision signals that Northfield and other towns must pursue more precise zoning changes, rather than broad moratoriums, if they want to shape where and how large solar projects are built.
