Hello Patch Andover,
I'm following up on a press release from October 14th about local author J.M. Erickson, who recently earned the Kirkus Star for Excellence — one of independent publishing's highest honors — for his science fiction novel Modern Prometheus: Emergence.
Joe is an Andover-area author and retired emergency communications professional whose science fiction and psychological thriller series have now received 13 literary awards. His story is a compelling local angle: a career in public safety that inspired a prolific second act as an award-winning novelist.
Highlights:
- Kirkus Star for Excellence — Modern Prometheus: Emergence
- Readers' Favorite Finalist 2024 — Endless Fall of Night
- 19 books, 5 series, 13 awards
- Available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble
Please let me know if you're planning coverage and any expected publication timeline. Happy to provide photos, an interview, or any additional materials you need.
Thank you, J.M. Erickson jmcerickson@msn.com jmeindieblog.com
