Student Drop Off and Parking Regulations Put in Place for New School Year

School officials have released a parking and drop off plan to help ease traffic concerns at North Reading High School for the new school year.

The complete drop off, pick up, and parking plan, complete with map, is available online here.

According to the plan, all traffic into and out of the high school should be via the main access road off of Park Street only.

Drop off and pick up at the Bus Loop is via Oakdale and Sherman Roads for school buses only.

All faculty, staff, and district personnel parking is in the rear lot of the high school.

All student parking is in the rear lot shown below within the red dashed lines on the school district map and a parking permit required.

Parking lot access/exit is one way during school hours as posted, entering by gym and exiting by tennis courts

During drop off and pick up times, all pedestrian traffic is to cross at the crosswalk.
