Roger Chartier, a vocalist and string-instrument musician, will perform at EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Norton, 184 Mansfield Ave., for the monthly birthday party on Wednesday, August 15 at 1:30 p.m. Chartier is a lifelong musician who plays six- and 12-string guitars, bass, banjo, violin, mandolin and keyboard during his energetic performances.
