2nd OUI, Drugged Driving, And More: Norwood Police Log

July 10

12:59 p.m. - Kristine McHugh, 39, of Norwood, was arrested at Norwood Hospital on two warrants.

7:10 a.m. - An employee at Sokos Pizza on Washington Street told police that someone set their flower container and flag on fire.

1:22 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Upland Road, Joanna Mann, 48, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with failing to stop for police, operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

4:43 p.m. - A tow truck driver going through vehicles was reported on Carnegie Row. The person, Benije Pratt, 39, of Fall River, was arrested and charged with breaking into vehicles for a felony and larceny under $250.

July 15

5:42 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the Rama Shopping Center on Washington Street, Susan Timmons, 63, of West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.

July 16

8:33 p.m. - A cab driver near the intersection of Chapel Street and Bruce Road reported a Toyota Tacoma that fled a crash in the area. The driver of the vehicle, David Wall, 68, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), leaving the scene of property damage and failure to stop/yield.
