Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, March 1

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:

• Chief Bartley King will be submitting a monthly report of the police department's activities.
• A public hearing will take place at 7:20 p.m. about the request for 10:00 a.m. Sunday opening at the Sheraton Four Points in Norwood.
• Several Norwood organizations including St. Catherine's School, the high school softball program and the boy scouts are submitting requests to hold car washes over the next couple months.
• Marathon Physical Therapy and Sports Medicing is submitting a request for permission to hold a 5K road race on Sat., May 14 with Norwood high school as the start and finish of the race. They have been in contact with Safety Officer to discuss the route.
