Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, Nov. 1

The issues facing the town selectmen tonight.

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 7:00 p.m. in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:

  • Chief Bartley King Jr. of the NPD will be submitting a monthly report on the department's activities.
  • Stephen Costello, Director of Community Planning and Economic Develpment will be submitting site plan approval/special permit for Sunoco, at 515 Boston Prov. Tnpk. The station will be razed and rebuilt with canopy and tanks and would be a 24-hour gas station and convenience mart.
  • There will be a public hearing at 7:30 on the proposed layout for the acceptance of Autumn Street, Blossom Street, and Irving Street: After public hearing it is suggested the board: Vote to adopt a final layout for Street Acceptance and to sign documents, and vote to direct Clerk to file a copy of each of the signed plans and documents with the Town Clerk.
