Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, Oct. 11

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 7:00 p.m. in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:

• Chief Michael J. Howard of the Norwood Fire Department will be submitting a monthly report of department’s activities. Reference to his request to insert article on next Special for aerial ladder truck $1.3 million.
• Robert M. Thornton, Town Clerk and Accountant will be submitting FY2013 Budget Forms which have been sent to all departments with a submission timetable of Wed., Nov. 20.
• Rep. John H. Rogers will be submitting invitation by phone for the Board, General Manager and Town Meeting members to meet with Lt. Gov. Tim Murray for a tour of Norwood Theatre on Thurs., Oct. 13 at 1:30 p.m. The Home Rule petition to grant an additional beer and wine license at Norwood Theatre has passed at the State House.
