Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, Oct. 25
Highlights from what's on the agenda for the board tonight.

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 7:00 p.m. in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:
- Resident Michael Heylin will be submitting a letter with petition sent to Safety Officer expressing concerns about drivers leaving the Savage Center and speeding down Irving Street. He would like a "Do Not Enter" sign posted at the at the end of Forrest Street and a gate or rock blocking access to Irving St. from the rear of the Savage Center. Tabled from a previous meeting.
- Edmund W. Mulvehill, Jr., will be submitting a request to hold the Veterans Day parade, with invitation for the Board to march, on Fri., Nov. 11, leaving the Balch at 10 a.m.; Ceremonies will be held at the Bandstand at 10:45 a.m. There will be a Memorial Corner Re-Dedication for Fallen Norwood Native Harold F. Stewart, USD Navy, WWII, at the corner of Central and Nahatan Streets at 11:30 a.m.
- The 2012 Liquor Licenses will be presented for approval of the board. Licenses for Package Store, AAB & WMB, Restaurant AAB & WMB, Innholder, and Clubs for the year 2012.
