Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, Sept. 20
Some of what's facing the town selectmen tonight.

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 7:00 p.m. in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:
- Chief Bartley E. King of the Norwood Police Department will be submitting notice for residents about the mock train crash training exercise that is scheduled for Saturday, September 24 between 8:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and extending an invitation for the board to attend the exercise: briefing at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at St. Catherine’s school - actual exercise begins at 8 p.m. and ends by 9:15 p.m. followed by refreshments at St. Catherine’s school where a debriefing will be held. RSVP to Mary Lou Scott, Norwood Police.
- Martha Colamaria, Norwood League of Women Voters, will be submitting a request to be placed on the agenda to present, “Looking at Norwood,” a guide to elected and appointed officials and committees Sept. 27 if the board approves.
- Kim Brooks, resident, will be submitting e-mail about concerns with Norwood High School construction site.
- Gerald Miller, Supterintedent of the Recreation Deptartment will be submitting the monthly report of the department’s activities.
