Alleged Drunken Driver Pleads Not Guilty in Crash that Killed Norwood Resident
Police say Robert Suvall crashed into a motorcycle driven by a Norwood resident on Route 1 in Plainville.

PLAINVILLE, MA — A North Attleboro man charged with killing a motorcyclist while driving drunk has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Robert Suvall, 68, faces multiple charges including motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence of alcohol and his third OUI, according to the Sun Chronicle. He was recently arraigned in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham and is free on $5,000 bail.
Court records say that Suvall was taken into custody following an Aug. 29 crash on Route 1 in Plainville. Suvall allegedly drove into a motorcycle while leaving the Chieftain Pub.

The driver, Louis Carrabis Jr., 56, of Norwood, died at Rhode Island Hospital about a week after the crash.
Suvall is due back in court on March 17.
