• What You Need to Know about WEAC's October Furniture Donation Drive and Repair Café (town.news) — A regional Repair Café open to everyone will run October 18 from 2–5 p.m. at the Mill Forge Makerspace in Norwood, where volunteers help fix lamps, clothing, small furniture, bikes, and more. Paired with an October 11 furniture donation drive in Westwood, the events aim to keep usable items out of landfills and support local families in need.
