New Peapod by Stop & Shop Pick-Up Service in Norwood

Peapod Pick-up service is now available in Norwood, allowing shoppers to order their groceries online through Peapod.com for easy pick-up at the Stop & Shop store located at 1415 Providence Highway in Norwood.

There is no fee for the service and no minimum purchase.  Shoppers can choose a convenient one-hour pick-up time between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Sunday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday.  

To launch the new Pick-up service, Peapod donated $500 in food and household items to the Ecumenical Community Food Pantry of Norwood. In an effort to give back to the community, Peapod asked the food pantry to be among the first pick-up recipients to accept the donation at the Norwood location on Friday.

“We are excited about opening our fifth pick-up location in Massaschusetts,” said Joe Kelley, president, Stop & Shop New England Division. “The Peapod Pick-up service provides another convenient shopping option for our customers and has been enthusiastically received in our other locations in Abington, Westborough, North Dartmouth, and Hudson.  We are looking forward to opening additional pick-up locations around the state in the next few months.”
