Batman Dark Knight Rises Showtimes in Your Area
Here's everything you need to know if you're planning to see "Dark Knight Rises," the final chapter of Christopher Nolan's hit Batman trilogy, in the area this weekend.

“The Dark Knight Rises,” this summer's highly anticipated third and final Batman film in director Christopher Nolan’s hit trilogy opens in theaters Friday.
There will be a midnight showing at in nearby Foxborough. The theater will be playing the movie on four screens with showtimes at 12:01 a.m. and 12:05 a.m. Showcase Cinemas’ website shows tickets for the 12:01 a.m. showings are no longer available to be purchased online but tickets remain available for the 12:05 a.m. showings.
The movie is running 2 hours, 44 minutes and is rated PG-13. General admission is $11.25.

Showcase Cinemas in Foxborough is also offering a special “Dark Knight Marathon” showing Thursday, which will play all three films in Nolan’s trilogy, starting with “Batman Begins” at 6:15 p.m. The marathon runs 7 hours, 34 minutes – “Holy Long Night at the Movies Batman” – and tickets are $25 apiece.
The film is also showing at , and the starting Friday mid-day (no midnight showings).

In the wake of shooting in Colorado Thursday night, AMC Theaters issued the following statement:
"At this time, our show schedules circuit-wide will not change. We will not allow any guests into our theatres in costumes that make other guests feel uncomfortable and we will not permit face-covering masks or fake weapons inside our buildings. If guests wish to exchange or refund any tickets, we will honor our existing policy and do as our guests wish. We are taking necessary precautions to ensure our guests who wish to enjoy a movie this weekend can do so with as much peace of mind as possible in these circumstances."
