Boch Sells Several Dealerships

The most well known dealerships on the Automile have gone through a change of ownership.

In a very quiet transaction, Ernie Boch Jr. has sold a large portion of his Route 1 dealerships to group led by his chief executive Dan Dagesse according to NECN. Boch will remain the public face for the company and his names will stay on the dealerships.

Boch will keep his Ferrari, Maserati, and Subaru franchises. The Subaru operation is the distributor for all every Subary sold in the 64 dealerships in New England.

Because the company is privately-held, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
