GET INVOLVED- STOP THE BULLYING

To All Residents of Norwood.  Please attend the Board of Selectmen Meeting on Tuesday, June 25 at 7:45pm.  Norwood Town Hall, Room 24.  The subject is :

The Empire of Miller's Recreation Masterplan.  A notice is published relating to a FY2014 PARC Grant application for the following:  Revitalize, construct, and build up the Hawes/Coakley Complex.  The proposed project would provide NEW turf fields, NEW lights, walkling paths, Dog Park, exercise stations, etc....

The Leaders of this Wonderful Town are heading towards disaster and it is our job as residents to get them back on the path of fairness, justice and common sense.  We are moving into unlimited indebtedness with a 17Mil DPW, a more than $6Mil Ice Rink, and now the potential commitment for a recreation mecca in South Norwood.  Let's stop the craziness NOW.  Absolutely, no one, not one resident has been involved in the decision making for these funds.  Are we the SILENT MAJORITY?  I think not.  It is NOT a necessity, nor is it essential to have a dog park so they can walk on the paths that are well lit.

Please show up at the meeting, town hall 7:45pm probably because the polls close at 7pm, don't forget the special election.  Join our voices.  Let's create a choir for common sense.....
