Ice Cream Dessert with Chocolate and Raspberries

The other day I made a special dinner for my friend's mom that was here from Brazil. Didn't know what to make for dessert, but didn't want it to be a cake.

I always thought that individual dessert glasses make such a nice dessert. So I improvised with Margarita glasses.

Super easy and very nice.

Ingredients:

1 package of wafer cookies

1 pack of ice cream (vanilla preferably)

1 tblsp of butter

3 tblsp of chocolate powder

1 condensed milk can

1 can of table cream or whipped cream (same amount as the condensed milk can)

 raspberries (2 small boxes)

3 tblsp sugar

Before you start remove your ice cream from the freezer, so you can better work with it.

In a small pan mix the butter, condensed milk, table cream and powder chocolate until it cooks (about 6 mins), always stirring. Leave it aside to cool.

Cut the wafer cookies in very small pieces and mix with the cool chocolate mixture.

In each margarita cup put the chocolate mix and ice cream and put back in the freezer.

In a mixer, mix raspberries and sugar and put it on top of the ice cream.

Serve and enjoy!
