Matt Brown and Luke Carr will be competing in Sunday's New York City Marathon Sunday.
Originally, Brown and Carr were told they couldn't run the marathon, but the decision was reversed. NYC ING Marathon had a long standing policy of only allowing participate in the race under their own propulsion.
The two have compete in several marathons and half-marathons, including the Boston Marathon two years ago.
The race is broadcast on ESPN2 with the race starting at 8:55 a.m.
Brown is a sophomore at Stonehill College where his aunt, Trisha Brown, is the women's basketball coach and his cousin, Shannon, plays on the team.
