Bow Thayer has spent decades pushing backwoods roots into raw, unpredictable territory, blending folk, blues, and psychedelia into a sound entirely his own. His new album Ninevah, named for a remote Vermont lake and the ancient city of Nineveh, explores nature, division, and rebirth, songs he road-tested on an Alaskan tour before bringing them home to rework and record. For this special release show, he's joined by a large band featuring Krishna Guthrie on guitar, James Rohr on keys and Hammond organ, Eric George on bass, River Thayer on drums, and Steve Ferraris on percussion, bringing Ninevah to life in full.
The Fallout Shelter is an all ages 100-seat performance venue and state-of-the-art broadcast and recording studio, offering one of the most unique live music experiences in New England.
