Coach's Brief: Norwood Swim and Dive vs. Braintree
The team took their 8th victory of the season over Braintree.

From Coach Kim Goodwin
Amid sore shoulders and tired bodies, the Mustangs were able to keep a much improved Braintree High team at bay with their depth and versatility.
When some of our top scorers were unable to compete in some of their events, others stepped up and got the points needed for the 101 - 85 victory, the 8th of the season. This is the toughest part of the season and with powerhouses Framingham and Walpole coming up the Mustangs may find themselves short-handed. So now is the time for others to keeping stepping up. Thus far this season that is exactly what has happened.

When the team found themselves ahead by only a mere 4 points midway through the meet, Marguerite Lee, Megan Clifford, Charlotte Rivard, Anthony Rodgriguez, Katherine Osborne and Bailey Lambert are among many that swam different events at the last minute against Braintree because that is what the team needed. Norwood was able to pull ahead and secure the win with solid performances in the last four events of the meet. Shannon Wilson dove officially for the first time this season and earned points for the team. Will Higgins and Emily Killarah came away from the meet with best times in their 100 freestyle events.
