2nd Annual Halloween Spooktacular at Norwood Recreation Center

The Norwood Recreation Department will hold their 2nd annual Spooktacular today from 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm.  This family event will include a costume parade, face painting, games, refreshments, dancing and crafts.

This event is most appropriate for children of the ages 3-8.

The cost is $5.00.
