9/11 Memorial on the Town Common

On Sunday, Sept. 11, the Town will hold a Remembrance Ceremony on the Town Common.

It will be a candle light event – 1000 candles will be made available to those who attend.

The ceremony will last approximately one hour and will feature dramatic recordings, live and recorded music, prayer by clergy, and the reading of selected names of those who perished on that awful day.

Please take time that evening to attend and to joining in remembering those who lost their lives, their love ones who still mourn and to listen to the prayers and songs that will, hopefully, touch all our hearts.

Please try to arrive early.  The ceremony is planned to begin promptly at 7 p.m.
