Boy Scout Troop 42 Norwood is once again hosting it’s Mother’s
Day Spring PANCAKE BREAKFAST Saturday, May 9, 7:30am - 10:30am at
the First Congregational Church, 100 Winter Street, Norwood (corner
Rte 1A). Please join us for a delicious breakfast of pancakes,
sausages, home fries, juice and coffee! Plenty of parking behind
the church, and the entrance is at the corner of the building.
Troop
42, one of the oldest chartered Boy Scout troops in America, is
celebrating our 116th anniversary in 2026! 

Spring
is here and we’re gearing up for some fabulous adventures,
including camping and hiking trips to Cape Cod, whitewater rafting,
and summer camp at Camp Squanto in Plymouth ( to name just a few)! If
you’re a boy or girl between the ages of 11 and 18 and are
interested in more information about joining our troop, please stop
by our Pancake Breakfast or check out our website at

In
honor of our former Scoutmaster and Town Selectman David Hajjar, we
are collecting food donations for the Norwood Food Pantry. If you
are able to bring any non-perishable items along with you, our
Scouting for Food drive will collect them and deliver them to the
good people at the food pantry to help out those in need of food
items at this time of year. Thank you in advance for your support.Immediately following our breakfast, please feel free to stay for the Mayflower District Cub Scout Pinewood Derby, open to all Cub Scouts in Mayflower Council.&nbsp; A good time is guaranteed for all
