Laughter Yoga is a great way to destress and get ready for some weekend fun! Combining yogic breathing and simulated laughing, which usually turns into a real belly laugh, this unique exercise promotes a positive mental attitude. Be sure to bring water because laughing is very dehydrating and arrive a little early to allow for registration. Join with others from around the world in experiencing this unique form of exercise developed by Dr. Madan Kataria in Mumbai, India in 1995.
